I am an audiologist and a member of the OOAQ, can these training hours be counted towards my continuing education?
Yes, for the IN-PERSON package, you will be credited with a total of 7 hours of training. For the VIRTUAL package, you will be credited with a total of 4 hours. A certificate of participation attesting to the training hours completed will be sent to you by email.
Are tickets refundable?
No, tickets are non-refundable.
Is it accessible by public transport?
Yes, the establishment is a 5-minute walk from the Parc metro station (blue line). Bus lines 80, 92, and 93 also serve the Parc pavilion. We recommend using public transportation on the day of the event!
Could I find parking?
There are several parking spaces around the Parc Pavilion. However, we cannot guarantee their availability.
Can we know the dinner menu in advance?
Yes, when you purchase your ticket, you will have several meal options to choose from. However, we cannot guarantee complete allergen-free meals. Please let us know your allergies, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
I am interested in attending the Audiology Student Day, but I am not available in person on January 30, 2026. Will the conferences be available later?
No problem! When you purchase the VIRTUAL package, you'll have access to the live online conferences as well as replays for a limited period of 14 days. A link will be emailed to you to access them after the event.
I chose the VIRTUAL package. How will I be able to connect to the conferences online?
You will receive a ZOOM connection link approximately one week before the event.
